Now: What I’m Working On
Written on December 3rd, 2025 from Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Below is a simple summary of the projects and efforts occupying my time these days.
Storage Scholars
I’m serving as the Co-Founder & COO of Storage Scholars, helping universities improve their students’ move-out and move-in experience.
My work centers on easing campus congestion, reducing mailroom strain, and increasing overall student satisfaction.
I also spend a lot of time showing housing teams how our technology empowers student employees to deliver a smoother, more efficient process.
University Partnerships
Most of my days involve meeting with university housing officers, refining our operational plans, and helping campuses adopt student-led logistics systems.
Each partnership gives us new data and new ways to improve how students transition on and off campus.
Operations & Student Teams
I oversee operations nationwide, with a focus on training and supporting our student workforce.
Developing young leaders and giving them hands-on responsibility remains one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
Sharing The Story
A big part of my work right now is telling the story of how Storage Scholars came to be and why we’re so passionate about improving student life.
I went from planning a career in orthopedic surgery to running a nationwide student-powered logistics company — a pivot that still surprises people.
I share this story openly because I want students to know that sometimes the most meaningful path is the one you didn’t plan for. Serving others directly, without years of waiting, is what pulled me toward entrepreneurship.
Personal Growth & Purpose
I still love medicine, but I’ve realized that entrepreneurship gives me the chance to make an immediate impact every single day.
I’m focused on becoming a better leader, strengthening our operational systems, and continuing to scale Storage Scholars in a way that creates opportunities for students across the country.
Outside of work, I stay active, spend time with friends and family, and try to inspire others who may be standing at a crossroads like I once was.
